Start an account with us! Then you can easily track your orders by going to your account and clicking on "View My Orders" Here you will see all your previous orders or status of the current order.

If you do not have an account with us, you can contact our customer service for more information on order status.

We offer a wide selection of the most common payment methods when shopping on our site.

All prices on our website are displayed and charged in the CAD currency. 

If you place your order with a credit card, the amount is deducted from your bank account when you order and your information has been confirmed and your ordered goods leave our warehouse.

If you place your order with PayPal or a credit card, the payment will be deducted from your account when we confirm your order.

Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as the one registered with your bank.

Take your measurements and visit our Size Chart to find the right size. If you are still unsure of your size, contact Customer Service and we will be happy to help.

Please note: the gift card purchased online/in-store can only be used at Peak Performance Carrefour Laval and not online at peakperformance.com.

Returns/Shipping

If you don't love our products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to set up a refund. Please note, we may require proof of purchase to consider your refund request.

We do not offer any changes to our products. Do you want a different style, colour or size? Return the original product and place a new order.

Your order will be shipped between Monday and Friday. If you place an order on a Canadian holiday, the following working day is handled.

* Please note, it may take additional time for delivery of packages during SALE/ Holidays. 

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest :)

You can return your goods within 14 calendar days after you receive your delivery.

Payment

If you have trouble placing an order, double-check that the information is correct and that you meet the payment method requirements.

If you are still experiencing problems, you should contact Customer Service.

Sometimes we offer our customers promotional codes. There are specific codes or code words like "DISCOUNT" that can give you a price reduction on a specific garment or order, or give you free delivery.

When using our promotional code, enter it in the correct text box for payment, then click "Use" to add it to your order. It is important that you make sure that the promotional code comes along, as we cannot deduct it for a specific order or change your payment at a later stage (although you can use it for the next order instead).

If you have any problems with the promotional code, please contact our Customer Service.

To protect your information, peakkaval.com uses one of the safest ordering systems on the market, and we are constantly improving our software to ensure that we always offer the highest possible security.

We use Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is one of the most secure online ordering systems and encrypts all sensitive information. It means your name and address as well as credit card details. Your information is encrypted as soon as you enter it and your personal information is never stored on a public server. This means that information sent between you and our site cannot be read if someone else comes across it. SSL technology notifies your browser that your data is being sent to a secure server: an encryption that encrypts all information so that only the secure server can read it, and data integrity that checks that the transferred data has not changed.

We always strive to handle your return request as quickly as possible. We usually handle it within three days of receiving your package or confirmation that it has been sent. After that, we will send an email confirming that your refund is on the way. Once you receive the message, you should expect an additional five to ten business days before the return amount is in your bank account. The time depends on which bank and type of card you use, which is outside our influence. You will usually receive the money back using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you immediately to find an alternative payment method.

If you have not received your money back within the expected time period, you should contact Customer Service.

Once we have received your return, we will send an email confirming that your refund is on the way. If you do not receive a message within a week of returning your goods, please contact us.

Orders

Once you place an order with peaklaval.com, you should receive an order confirmation sent to your specified email address within minutes. If you have not received this email, you can look in the spam folder of your email account. Even if you have not received an order confirmation, your order may still have been processed and we therefore recommend that you contact us before placing a new order on our website.

Once your order has been shipped, you can follow the delivery process by either:

- Click on the tracking link in the email containing your confirmation that the item (s) has been sent

- Log in to  My Account  and track the delivery

- Call our  customer service  for more information about your order

Once an order has been placed, it is handled immediately to get your package as soon as possible. Therefore, we unfortunately have no way to remove, add or change anything in your order.

No, you don't need to have an account to place an order. Having an account can save you time during checkout as it saves your address details, but it’s not necessary if you want to place an order.
