Shipping & Returns
We will aim process your order in 48 hours and have it delivered within 7 business days. Please note that weekend days and public holidays are not considered working days. Cost of shipping will be determined at checkout. We will be handling all orders as normal during the Quebec Government mandatory lockdown from January 9th to February 8th, 2021.
ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your products within the period mentioned below:
- Within 15 days: you will get a full refund of the amount.
- Within 30 days: it will be possible to return the items for a merchandise exchange or store credit.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE COVID LOCKDOWN AND SINCE OUR STORE HOURS ARE LIMITED, YOU WILL NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US AT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESS (CONTACT@PEAKLAVAL.COM) TO COORDINATE CURB SIDE PICK UPS AND/OR ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNS. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED TO SHIPPING ITEMS BACK TO OUR STORE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
Please note the item returned needs to meet the following requirements:
- The products are both unused and unwashed.
- The products are in the same state and quantity in which you received them.
- The original hang tag is still attached to the garment or product.
- You include a copy of the original sale receipt.
- You pay the postage back to us.
- Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post or Prepaid Courier. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post or the Courier.
- If it's an international order: Please mark clearly on the package ‘CANADIAN OWNED GOODS’ and that it is a RETURN ITEM otherwise they will charge duties/taxes back into Canada.
- Products which do not meet all of the above requirements can not be accepted for return.
- A one-time price adjustment may be given within 14 days of original purchase with receipt. The exact item must be in-stock at the store at the time of the price adjustment.
- Only regular priced items may be returned + refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded/exhanged. All items discounted at 50% or above are final sales.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund if you were entitled to free shipping with your order.
After we receive and process the product you will get refunded. We will process a refund within 3 days after receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with. We have no control over it. The refunds will be issued based on the form of payment you used when ordering.
